The Hurricane Kids Club was a complete success in its first year of existence. In the initial year, there were 85 kids who participated in the Hurricane Kids Club. The University of Tulsa Athletics Department looks to the 2005-06 season to increase membership in the Kids Club as well as create excitement for TU athletics.
The Hurricane Kids Club is currently accepting applications for the 2007-08 year. The club is open to children, 12 years of age and under. The Hurricane Kids Club presented by Arby's has been created to provide kids the opportunity to interact more closely with Golden Hurricane student-athletes and coaches. Benefits include a Kids Club tee shirt, birthday card announcement, free admission to select home games and much more. The cost for a Hurricane Kids Club membership is only $25 for the first child and $20 for any additional children. The cost is for renewing a membership is $20.
